the guys from landscape broke the glass of my truck ,it was an accident i know ,they say there gonna pay for the glass but they need to notify the apartment manager (is off today) and the manager call them and call the insurance of the landscape companie to fix it but i can not wait until monday.
is there anything i can do ,i need to have a police report???
update: i went to find the guys because they don't leave a note or anything , i ask them and they say they are responsible for that and i don't have full coverage just liability

i call the owner of the company and they are going to fix it today before 8 pm.

Call your own auto insurance company and ask if it would be possible to have your window fixed and the bill sent to the apartment manager.
get a police report and go from there theywill tell you what you need to do. and if they don't pay they have it documented.
Yes, file Police Report immediately! I had a similiar situation years ago. They got it fixed right away and gave me a rental.
You do not need to call the police. This is not a criminal manner. Just call your insurance and have it fixed. They can contact the insurance of the landscape company for you.

You can have a police accident report filled out for this type of thing. Make sure you list on there that you spoke with the landscapers-or employees and they admitted they caused the break. You can then take the car to get the window fixed and send the bill to the manager. If this happened to me, I would not be able to wait until Monday since I work M-F.
