Everyone has fine hairs on their faces, even babies. Sometimes, babies have more when they are newborn. It functions to protect the skin and it will fall out on it's own as they grow. Do not mess with it. In the absence of a medical condition, it belongs there.

Leave it alone, for heaven's sake. Don't worry about it. Some baby hair usually falls out. Some babies are born with lots of hair.

Your child is perfect just the way they are. No need to 'fix' anything.

Leave your baby alone.
It's just hair. And will probably go away on it's own.
But you certainly don't shave/nair/wax/pluck ANYTHING on your baby's face.

You do NOTHING. You would hurt your baby beyond measure if you tried to remove the hair and you'd scar him or her for life. Read about baby development before you do something terrible to that child. If you actually think that something on a baby should be removed, you don't know enough about babies to be a safe mother.

welcome to mamapedia.

You don't get rid of it. It's fine.

Please get educated on what your baby's body is doing. DO NOT REMOVE THE HAIR!

How old is the baby? First of all, hormones in newborns are off for a while. Think of all the parents who don't take photos of their newborns around age 3 months when the baby acne is in full bloom!

Second, you don't worry about such things anyway - it's just cosmetic and you just wait and see. Don't worry about other people's opinions - a baby won't remember or be scarred by anything anyone else says.

Third, you really need to be in regular touch with your doctor's office. There's a nurse question line and a nurse will call you back for non-emergency things like this.

Fourth, make a list of things like this that are not urgent and bring them up at the next check-up or weight check. It's easy to forget things when you're in the exam room, so just keep a running list on your phone or on a pad on your refrigerator, whatever works for you.

I'd leave it alone.
Our son was born with fuzzy ears, forehead, neck, shoulders - it's common and it falls out on it's own fairly quickly.
He had a full head of hair too - over an inch long - which gradually fell out and was replaced by the time he was 3 months old.
He was never a bald baby - but he had an awful case of cradle cap at 2 months - which a little olive oil helped to clear up the scales.
You just never remove hair from a baby.
