You might be able to wash it and hang it to dry. I've washed socks with blinky lights and they've been fine. I have washed tons of stuffed animals in the washer even though they say surface wash and they all came out fine.
Night wetting isn't a training issue, it is completely a physical maturity issue. The signals aren't there to keep her bladder from making urine at night when it should be stopping.
Throwing it out and using it as incentive to potty train isn't going to work and only make her feel even worse for having an accident.
