Have you considered taking him to a urologist? There could be a problem internally that a chiro can't solve.
EDIT, after your updated FYI...
Has he had a sleep study done?
How long should you see chiropractor for bed wetting? I have a friend who is a chiropractor across the country. He shared with me that treatment can help with bed wetting. So we are seeing one here locally. My 13 yr old son has wet the bed since 1st grade. Only been in treatment for three weeks. We have seen my son start to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. He is not wetting through his good night on to the bed. He IS however still wetting the good night. So we are seeing him lighten up on the bed wetting, but not stopped wetting at night. ANY momma's out there experiance this with their teenagers?
FYI
My son is 6'1", and has a body of an 18 yr old. He is built in his arms and has facial hair. He will be 14 in November
Yes we have seen a urologist. Chiropractor was a suggestion from one of the other mama's here on mamapedia.
It has been three weeks that my child has been dry!! We have follow up adjustments, but prayfully this will last. It has made my son feel so happy. I like to see the happiness in his face when he tells me!!

There is a nose spray that helps chronic bed wetters called DDAVP or desmopressin acetate. I used to teach elementary and suggested it to many parents who confided in me about their child's problem with this. Many had a lot of success with it.
As far as the chiropractor goes if you are seeing some progress I would continue that route at least for awhile. You might keep in mind, however, that chiropractors tend to have the mindset that their services are "maintenance therapy" meaning they sort of expect you to continue for the rest of your life for overall good health. I went to a chiropractor for head and neck pain. While it was helping, it didn't seem like it was curing the problem completely. I went for a year and a half when my doctor suggested physical therapy. The PT brought me out of my pain within a couple of months and I quit going over 6 months ago. I am not trying to throw chiropractors under the bus here because I think their work is valid and helpful, but if it isn't going to completely rid your son of the problem I would continue looking elsewhere for other options. Hope this helps!

We also went to our pediatrician, who every year said she was fine and that we should wait another year and she should "grow out of it." then we went to the urologist who said she was perfectly fine. I then decide to do some research on chiropractic care and I'm so glad I did because the results were absolutely amazing!!! My 13yr old daughter was seen 2-3 times/week for 3 months. Our Chiropractor also recommended no longer wearing the goodnights after the first month of treatment. And she has been completely dry for almost a year!
I did this with my own son, Did he happen to take xrays first? Depending upon the chiro that you see will determine the treatment course. My son was wetting the bed multiple times during the night. We were also taking my dd who was under a year at the time because she was born with bel's palsy. The treatment course started out 3 days a week for the first month or so. They we went down to two days a week and then one day a week. We did this for 6 months for both of them.
Since I am somewhat familiar with what they did because my own sil is a chiro, but she does not practice in our area, I kind've knew what to look for. I can tell you this when I saw the xrays of my son's back I almost cried. I knew they weren't that great. But by the end of the 6 months when they xrayed him again, the curvature looked great! It did take a lot of time, money and visits but it definitely helped him tremendously. He only wets ocassionally, he is almost 10 now and we did the treatment when he was around 5yo. He may have an accident now once a month or once every few months. So if the chiro hasn't I would suggest having xrays done as well. This will tell more clearly how off or bad the curvature is and then again after several months of treatment to see what improvement you've seen. It is not a guaranteed cure but it will help tremendously and I would definitely stick with it. He is a big boy for his age. And typically what happens is that their bladder can not keep up with their growth. He is at the age where the bed wettting should be starting to stop. The chiro visits can only help!
I second the suggestion to see a urologist or even ask his pediatrician. That would be a much better route to follow.
