J., if you were smart enough to find this website then you are smart enough to google "Hip Hop Classes near me"
I know this may sound stupid, but lately I've been interested in taking hip hop, I look up tutorials to try some, but I feel like I could do something better. There's a problem there's no classes near me where I live.

Is there a community college near you? They might have something.
Google is your friend... Try it!!
CLI Studios (clistudios.com) offers a variety classes in multiple styles taught by some well known choreographers, it does require a membership though. Might be something you want to look into, they do offer a free trial. Have been thinking about getting a membership for my own daughter.

"The Dance Studio will offer a variety of dance styles for all ages."
Call them.
Yes, community college is great, I took belly dance classes in the evenings at one of the community colleges down here and the price was very reasonable, unlike most of the privately owned studios. You might also have some success with Thumbtack.com, you can find instructors for pretty much everything there, it's not just for home improvement contractors. I'm probably going to hire a guitar instructor I found on Thumbtack.com, an acquaintance found a piano instructor on there and is quite happy.
I'm not sure what you mean by tutorials - you mean online? My niece does online yoga. She just finds a teacher/instructor she finds fun, and then does the classes - youtube I believe. Could you not do something similar? You can hook it up to your TV if it makes it easier.
