Archie Thorpe - hands down! He's great - he's talked me through how to fix things myself over the phone so he didn't have to come out (and I didn't have to pay). When the ice storms froze my neighbors pipes last year, they couldn't get any plumber to come and shut off the water, let alone fix the pipe for 3 days - but Archie came that day.
