I am looking for a place to board my two dogs over Christmas. We usually use Canine Courtyard and have been very pleased with them. However, they are booked does anyone else have suggestions of a place that is fairly close to Flower Mound?

They recently went up on their rates but are still lower than most. Dogs are well cared for and have a/c or heat depending on the season. Check out their Web site.

We ususally use Canine Courtyard as well. Our back up is Flower Mound Veterinary Hospital. It's off 1171 near Parker Square. The place isn't much to look at, but the vet there is incredible (Dr. Shaffer). They also have an awesome staff. Their number is ###-###-####.

We LOVE Canine Country Inn (www.caninecountryinn.com). We live in Highland Village and use them at least 3-4 times a year. Their rates are great. I love that it is a family business so when I call or email to make reservations the owner knows me and even my dog's names. You can board two dogs in the same run at a discounted rate. Also, the dogs get a little time each day out of their kennel to run around in a gated grassy area.
