Okay I am asking this for my sister because she dosnt have access to her computer right now. She is 35yrs old, has 3 kids and here lately she is have a peroid every 11 to 14 days. She also has naturally dry skin and hair and now it is so so so so oily! She has made an appoitment with her OBGYN but it is a while before she can get in, she was wondering if any of you had this type of problem or know of anyone who has. She knows the best way to find out what is wrong is by seeing her doctor but she is worried about it and until she can see him, can anyone offer any suggests or peace of mind?

What can I do next?

Hello Caronlyn,

I know this is going to sound a little far out there since she is so young but it is very possiable she is going through the change of life. When we go through the change automaticlly our body will begin to do crazy things. I have two very close friends of mine that have gone through medapause in there 30's I know it is sad to think that is the case but these were some of the symptoms that they had. Having a period very often is the most common because your body is adjusting to the estrogen, also just like when we went through puperty when we were younger we had an incease in oily skin the same thing happens now. I would recomend that she think about taking some balck koash it is a natural herb you can get anywhere that will help to regulate her estrogen levels.

You can always look up on webmd.com to see if they have any suggestions for you.

Good luck

Hi C.,

From my experince, for the past 5 months or so I started experience breakthrough bleeding. I was on BCP but was still bleeding two or more weeks before I was supposed to start my periods and sometimes it didn't stop. As the months progressed, the bleeding would get heavier and heavier. I finally consulted my OB and my lining was too thin (2mm), so now I am on a stronger dose of estrogen and haven't had any issues. I haven't experienced the oily hair but my skin sure has dried out! Not even the most expensive moisturizers and lotions ahve been helping me cure that!

I hope it isn't anything more serious, I am sure they'll do a sonogram on her to check everything out. Good luck!

A little hope to her....

Our chemistry changes just about every seven years. I think mine is in the process of changing again. (I'll be 33 in March)She should definately see her doctor, but don't ring the bells of doom until she gets the final results.

Best Wishes and I hope everything turns out alright. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

This kind of 'sounds' like PCOS to me or some sort of other hormonal issue.

Hi C.,

It sounds to me like your sister is having problems with her Endocrine system. Our bodies have around 40 different hormones in them and the Endocrine system controls them. My husband and I sell some products that work at the cellular level that I believe would help your sister. They work at the cellular level and not at the symptoms so they don't cover the problem up but help ones body to correct it. If you would like more information just ask me and I will get it to you and your sister if you both want it. *Please note that I am not diagnosing, treating, curing,or preventing any disease or illness* (I have to say that) but offering information that I believe will help your sister. I have MS and they are doing wonders for me with that.
