my 3 year old will not stop vomiting he cant keep anything down not even juice....help pls!!!!!!!!!!!!
I would recommend taking him to the doctor or giving him a supp for this type of thing if you happen to have some on hand. We had the same thing last winter and I kept the extra supp they gave us at the hospital incase it happens again.

Have you called the doctor? Do that right away.
How long has this been going on? If just a few hours, he may just have a bug and it needs to pass.
Are there signs of dehydration? If yes, I would go to the ER. Do not panic. That will do nothing. Calmly just pack him up and go.
Let him suck on a pedialyte popsicle. And again, try not to panic. It is probably just a little bug and he will be fine.
Again, call his doc.
Depending on how long this has been going on is a factor. If he cant hold anything down just starting this morning, let him lay in bed and sleep, dont keep forcing him to drink while he's still in a nausea phase. If he cant hold anything down 6 hours from now, take him in.
When you do give him something to drink only let him take a few small sips so as not to aggravate the stomach and make it convulsive.
Take him to the Dr. NOW! We can't help you through the computer, he needs a DR.
Get him to an Urgent Care!!
He should be drinking Gatorade or Pedialyte to keep him hydrated.
How long has he been vomiting?
If it has just been since this morning I would say let is run it's course.
If it has been over 24 hours- get him to a Doctor.
At that age, I think a trip to the doctor is in order. At the very least, call the dr.'s office and explain the symptoms to the triage nurse. She'll be able to give you the best advice about what to do for him, and if he needs be seen by the doctor. I worry about dehydration, especially in the hot summer months. He may need to be put on an IV for hydration since he can't keep anything down. Good luck Mama!
Give him one tsp of clear liquid every 15 minutes for an hour. See how he does with that. If he doesn't tolerate that, you need to go to er or urgent care. Call your doctor for advice. GL

I would take him to the urgent care - especially if it's been happening for more than 12 hours.
I hope it's just a stomach virus and nothing more serious than that - please take him into the urgent care so he can get hydrated via IV.
As long as the food or liquid stays down for 15 mins he's gotten most if not all of the calories from that item so make it worth it. If this goes on for more than a day or two, contact the doctor. It's probably just a stomach bug though. Scary I know, but doesn't last forever.
What kind of juice are you giving your child? First I would call the pediatrician asap. Second give your child gatorade or pidialite (sorry about spelling) and see if that stays down. Good luck
Sounds like what our family had 3 weeks ago - the rotovirus. It is awful. The thing you have to worry about is dehydration. If you can get him to drink some Pedialyte and keep it down even for a little while, that will help. If he can't keep anything down even for awhile, he will probably need an IV. When I had it, I would drink water and immediately vomit - I ended up passing out several times and finally stopped just before my husband was going to call 911. If it's getting to that point, he really needs to go to the doctor (I should have but was being stubborn/stupid b/c it was late at night and the little one was finally sleeping and we didn't have anyone to come stay with him if we went)!
