We had GEHA for a couple of years - we have a family of 7 - and I always liked it. The copays for primary physicians is very low - it was only $10 for us. (specialists are $25). I liked it. A few of the downsides: no coverage for chiropractic. VERY specific labs you can use, so if a doc sends you to one he uses, you have to tell him, "No, I can't go to that one. I have to go to THIS one." which isn't a big deal but sometimes all the checking and calling can be a pain. Also, the dental coverage is very limited but I think that's true of most health insurance plans. We are on BCBS and I was not aware that the premiums were going up next year. I may be switching back!
