I have always wanted to go with women friends on a non-religious yet spiritual retreat. Anyone had a good experience?

What can I do next?

I'm sure you can organize a retreat for you and some friends going to Spa with perhaps some meditation classes or just hiking on a beautiful setting. That in it self can be very spiritual.
Good luck!!!

I have attempted many times to go on a yoga women's retreat....and something always comes up. So no, to answer your real question.

Then recently I found a women's only RV club....and I would love to give that a try, but I still have 2 young kids at home and it looks like I'd be the only active mom in the group...so now I'm thinking of starting a moms RV group. I would love a week of hiking, exploring outdoors and sitting by the campfire at night.

And my other dream women's retreat would be a long, weekend bike ride where our over night accomodations are planned for us, plus meals and stops and cute bicycle repairmen.

I think anytime you get a chance to enjoy an interest in the presence of other women, will undoubtedly be a positive experience. So, keep looking for something that interests you

I have only done the retreats through our women's group at church. Still we designed the retreats so I don't think they revolved around our religion but instead focused on our spirituality.

I went on four and really liked them.

I went on a women's leadership retreat with the other women I worked for and with way back when I was in my 20s. It was wonderful!!!! This fall I went on a women's fitness retreat in Taos and it was the most amazing weekend. I would LOVE to do another one. A yoga retreat sounds really great to me! I guess none of these were spiritual, but they were very very good experiences.
