Just some thoughts...is your house ONLY 4 years old or is it older? I know you can get condensation when the seasons change (winter to spring; fall to winter) and at times, it has affected our smoke alarms because a little condensation gets in there. However, I have never seen anything like you are describing. Also, I used to own a cedar log home. The cedar logs would expand and contract, seasonally and we would get a litte moisture/drips but it made sense because it's what wood does. You may want to check your roofing fascia to make sure it is secured in the area of concern. Also, you may want to consider an attic fan if this continues to be a concern. If you have a leak, sometimes they can be tricky to find. Good luck.
