With my first daughter it was a "oops" and then months of worry and fustration. I never knew it or felt it till I just puked one day for no reason and when I tested and got to the doctors I was about 2 months along at that point. My second as well was a "WHAT THE HECK NO WAY I WAS SO CAREFUL... I CANT HAVE ANOTHER RIGHT NOW". However with my advancing age and the want for a son so bad, I was trying and trying. When I finally had intercourse after a hectic day, I was laying there and I just all of a sudden KNEW a baby was made. I also was feeling SOOOO strongly it was a boy early on. Did anyone else have this happen as well?
With my middle child, I knew the minute my husband finished. It was after a long absence and it was too powerful, emotional, and romantic NOT to get me pregnant!
My first I didn't find out til I was 3 months along, but with number 2, I swear I knew I was pregnant after we finished doing it. No one believed me until 3 weeks later when I had a pregnancy test come up positive!
With my first one i did.
I don't know why.. but afterwords I just had a feeling... a month later I was right.
WIth my first I was clueless for several months...probably because it was unplanned.
With my second, I knew before we even had sex that a baby would be created that night. It was the best sex I ever had! :) I also knew that both were girls right off the bat. My husband wants a boy so during the second pregnancy I tried to act like I didn't know, but I did.
With my first we were trying for several months but it took me a week or two to "know." My second I think we must have conceived the first time we tried (if I had known I'd have been careful a few more months).
But weirdly when I met my husband I just knew we would be together. I also dreamed we would have 2 kids together, an older son and a younger daughter, which is exactly what we have. I had the dream 6 years before we were married and almost 10 years before we had our first child. So I totally believe your intuition can be that accurate.
I knew every single time. Just had to wait to test.
My husband knew I was pregnant with #1 before I did. He said he "felt" a piece of him leave him and a few weeks later I had a positive test.
Second one... same thing.
Third one... I surprised him - he must not have been paying attention. :)
My last two but I think it had more to do with they were planed to the point of planning all the fun out of it. Do it now!!!! So yeah, I knew.
My friend Val got up from the bed and went to the kitchen. She grabbed a plastic cup and before she knew it she has put a chunk of ice in her mouth and was crunching it. She hated eating ice and it was the one thing she did during every pregnancy. She knew right then she was pregnant.
Another friend was having a hard time getting pregnant. They adopted a beautiful little girl and had another one they had been called about. They just knew this baby was not theirs, they didn't know why, but they knew it was not to be their child. She got up from the bed and as she was heading to the RR she had a spiritual moment that she had never felt before. She had a strong sense of the Holy Spirit, she felt deep in her spirit that she was pregnant and that was why the second little child was not for them to adopt. They were going to have their own little baby. She went a few weeks later and she was pregnant.
My kids were conceived on days 14, 15 and 17. Yes, I knew each time, and those are the only times in our entire relationship that we have had intercourse between days 10-19 of my cycle.
