I go to Mitchell's Salon on Montgomery Road. It is close to Indian Hill. They have all sorts of salon and spa services.
I am going to suggest the Regis Hair Salon in Kenwood Towne Center. Specifically, Amy Thompson. She is AWESOME and is really good at helping you to know what your can do to have hair that looks great and is healthy. I have seen her for years and years and she has a very loyal client list. She is very good and tends to book a few weeks out so it is best to plan ahead because you aren't likely to get her as a walk-in. The salon number is ###-###-####.
