My son has taken lessons from Ax In Hand on Wise Rd. in Schauburg for several years now. And he (my son) who is a senior in High School is in the beginning stages of giving private lessons as well (if I can say myself, he is quite good). We live in Roselle. Let m know if you would like more info.

My brother is a guitar teacher. He's been teaching guitar for over 5 years know, including music theory. His students range from 10 year old to 50 years old. My 9 year old son has been taking lessons from a guy that has taught my son so much in just a short time. I'm really happy with him. He comes to our house every Wednesday, then heads to my friend's house in Roselle. Let me know if you're interested, maybe he can add you to his day while he's out in this direction.
