food bags - make up some brown bags with non-cook or microwavable foods - canned veggies, ramen, mac n cheese, pasta n sauce, etc. they pick a bag, see what's in it, and have to cook it for the group.
Who knows ??? - write up a sheet of 10 questions about your daughter.
Write down your favorite HS or college memory and share it.
Photo booth - take funny pics of people at the party
Have you asked your daughter what she thinks? It seems to me that at her age, she would probably have the best ideas of what would make her and her friends happy at the party.
