Hi Moms,

My mind is blank. What are some good questions to ask my son's pediatrician today at his 7 year wellness visit?

What can I do next?

If you have to ask, then I would assume things are going well. Usually questions arise when there is a problem. Be grateful that all is well. It will be a quick visit

My son is 7. He recently had his annual check up.
I didn't ask anything really, because he has no issues.
And all his stats/percentiles/vision/hearing/BMI are all "perfect" according to the Pediatrician.
And he is all caught up on vaccinations.

Pediatricians are usually pretty thorough.

Do you have any concerns?

My little humans are tiny so I personally just make sure they are consistent in their growth curve.

We have behavior issues so we address that.

Vision and dental health

Flu shot/Vaccinations

Sexual development (2ndary characteristics, prepuberty stuff. Your kid may be too young. Mine are too even my 9 year old but I still open a discussion as to what to expect.)

Do people really take kids to a 7 year old well check?!?!
Man, after 2, if they aren't sick, I don't need anyone to tell me that :)
