Can anyone recommend a good carpet cleaning service?
A good local company is Apollo Carpet Cleaning. (In the interest of full disclosure this is my uncle's company.) In the 8 years I worked for him we never had a complaint about carpet cleaning.

My husband used to work for Stanley Steemer. They are very professional.
We used ChemDry and were very happy with them! You can find a good coupon online, too, if you search a little -- 20% of, I think!

Stanley Steemer is always a good choice. The were featured in the April issue of Good Housekeeping or Better Homes and Gardens, (sorry, read them both and can't remember which it was). They did undercover tests of a bunch of cleaners and Stanley Steemer had the best marks overall. My carpets and sofa and loveseat have been cleaned multiple times by them and I'm always very pleased with the results. Good luck to you!!!
