I am looking for some guidance with regard to the pay for a babysitter who is highschool age. We have two children - 10 months/ almost 3 years.
My 16 yr old gets paid $10 an hour for an infant & a 4 yr old for watching them weekend evenings.
I pay $10/hr for my 21 mos and almost 4 yr old.

My daughters get $6 to $7 an hour. This is the amount that we agreed on so the parents could afford to go out.
Okay.. I am with the $6 - $7 an hour deal. THese kids are making more than the minimum wage workers at McDonald's who have families and they are not even of legal age to get a real job or pay taxes.
