I am looking for some guidance with regard to the pay for a babysitter who is highschool age. We have two children - 10 months/ almost 3 years.

Okay.. I am with the $6 - $7 an hour deal. THese kids are making more than the minimum wage workers at McDonald's who have families and they are not even of legal age to get a real job or pay taxes.
