Does anyone happen to know of a bakery that does gluten-free birthday cakes in Dallas? I have a friend that has nephews that cannot have gluten, but she doesn't know of a bakery in the Dallas area to make a cake for her son's birthday party.

What can I do next?

We use the Pamela's cake mix. The chocolate is really good with the chocolate frosting. We buy them at Kroger but they are in the special section with all the organic stuff. For our daughters birthday we made the cake took it to Kroger and the bakery decorated it for us. I think any bakery would do that for you. There is also a bakery in plano I think it is called Laura's bistro. I think you could google it and there website would come up. Hope this helps.

I have a friend has celiac and she loves this place: http://www.delicious-n-fit.com/ -- it's 100% gluten free. The whole family loves the restaurant too. Even her kids (who eat gluten) love the cupcakes. YOu might check them out.
