While I like the melaluca brand, I do not like the laundry detergents. Try soaking overnight in an Oxy clean solution if it doesn't come out. OH there is also a book called "Talking Dirty with the queen of clean" she has a list of natural alternatives for a variety of things. I dont' have it at my fingertips, but I'll lookthis up tonight and dm you if I find anything!

LOL I always thought bleach was to get the yellow out.

I switched last year to a green laundry line. I have used two products to help get out stains in clothes, Pre Spot which I find works well on most stains and Sol U Mel which I use on the tougher stains. I also use both on carpet and other stains. Sol U Mel is also good to spray on carpet before cleaning as helps you clean better plus is a good deodarizer.

Oxyclean won't get it out. I used to use bleach for my whites all the time. I stopped because of the yellowing with t-shirts. Now, I soak my whites in Oxyclean overnight when they look dingy. I do love Sol-U-Mel for stains in carpets and such but it did not work to save my husband's white shirts. I am a Shout lover after trying many products and that did not do any good either.
I did try good old sunshine but ended up with blotchy looking shirts.

Hi A.! There may be no hope for getting those stains out. Many clothing items are treated with a color "finisher" and the bleach reacts with it and the result is the yellow color.
Unfortunately, the Melaleuca products that a previous poster mentioned will not remove these types of stains.
There are some whitening and color removing products by Rit that would help, but the odds are very slim.
I'm sorry to not be of more help!
