Tea Tree Oil. Plain tea tree oil, with no other oils or fragrances added. It can be a little pricey for full strength in such a small bottle, but worth every penny!!! You put in on with a Qtip and try to let it absorb, so maybe after a bath, once a day. The baby shouldn't eat/drink it, but it's not harmful if you get a finger in the mouth. (Tea tree oil dipped toothpicks are sold in stores.) It's just strong tasting like cinnamon or clove so baby probably won't like it. I always buy mine at GNC. Google "Tea Tree Oil" or "Melaleuca" the ACTUAL plant name and read about the properties. It is a wonderful plant oil. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Melaleuca
