Four and Half Year Old Has Night Time Potty Training Reverted - ACK!

We went to Las Vegas for New Years - our first vacation ever (we had on instance where they were away from us for three days while having the newest baby) so I expected some issues when we came back. I wrote up a four page manual so their schedule would be followed and drilled the sitter (my sister) on how to follow it (she's OCD meticulous so I know it was). Here we are a month later and our completely potty trained daughter is wetting the bed nearly every single night since we returned! I've started getting her up in the middle of the night but this seems to throw her day off and make her moody. I severely hate the idea of pull-ups since that might give her the idea that peeing at night is ok. I just have no idea what to do. In all other aspects she's fine - no introvertedness or weirdness. Sigh - any help or possible encouragement??

What can I do next?

I would make the sheet changing as easy on myself as possible. Sheet/pad/sheet/pad. Don't make a big deal out of it. It's probably a coincidence that it started after you got back. It's not uncommon for kids to achieve night-time dryness at 5,6, 7 or even 8.

Get some waterproof bed pads. I got all of mine from Amazon.

Nigh time dryness... is not something that is biologically attained, until even 7 years old. And is normal.
Kids, will have accidents. It is childhood.
And it fluctuates.

My son is 4, wears night time diapers to bed/naps. Fine.
My daughter, was already 5 years old and wearing night diapers. Then during that year, 'she' was ready for underwear.
Even at 7 years old, my daughter would occasionally have night time pee accidents. No biggie.
I had the waterproof bed pad directly under her. Clean up is easy. I don't have to change/wash the entire bedding. Only change the pad and put another one under her. And she goes back to sleep.

Pull-ups, at night, are useless. They don't hold much and the leak. And are expensive.

I never woke my kids at night just to pee. Nor did I withhold liquids.
They just naturally, get drier at night, her their biological maturity and development of their organs.
Each kid being different and per age.

My son did this at 5 and a half over the summer. I just assumed that it was because we moved and stuff. We talked about it and he said he was scared to get up at night, so we started leaving the bathroom light on. it helped for a few days then back to the bed wetting. He has finally stopped now, but I do somewhat restrict his liquids in the evening, make SURE he goes right before bed and we talk about it right before bed, that he needs to get up and go... he got a present for 10days dry and for 30 days dry... maybe that will help you? ALSO, my 4yr old doesn't even begin to stay dry at night, but has been potty trained since before 2, our Dr said not to worry about it until 5 because it could be something he will outgrow, she did test his urine though, so you might want to talk to her Dr about it.

She could have something medically wrong like diabetes. I have 3 cousins with type 1 though so I always have that thought in the back of my mind. If there is nothing medical going on then I would go back to pull ups. It's perfectly normal for a child that young to wet at night everyone will sleep better if she wears them tell her when she wakes up dry for a week you can say good bye to them again.
