Thanks for sharing! My husband eats gluten free. He'll be soooo excited!
Posting on Facebook is a great idea. You would think they would start advertising some, too.
I found out recently that Subway has added some gluten free products in the Dallas area - it's a test market thing. I've seen a lot of moms ask about gluten free, and I've heard that it is also good for people on the Autism spectrum. One of the ladies in my office has a severe gluten allergy, so she's happy about it :)
Any ideas for websites or other ways to shout out about this?
I'm going to put it on my facebook, but am looking for other ideas as well.
Rolls and brownies - brownies are individually wrapped, and the rolls are cut with individually wrapped knives to prevent cross-contamination. That's all I know of so far.

Papa John's crust is gluten free, at least in WA it is. I'd say set up your own site with listings of all the local places that offer gluten free foods.
Wow - thanks for the update! Hope our Subways here in Florida add that option . . .
If only I lived in Texas, instead of Minnesota. :( I haven't had Subway in over a year, now...and I'm really craving my turkey breast with mayo, lettuce, black olives, jalepenos...toasted...mmmm....
Facebook has a gluten free group. I am a member and get lots of great info from there. It's a tough transition, especially for kids. No one I have talked with has found an acceptable GF bread unless they make it themselves in a bread machine. It's a real downer for sandwich lovers.
There are probably gluten free support groups that would be interested.
Yeah!! Hope you like it...are you talking about the wraps? What alternative do they offer?
