Did they do actual allergy testing on her? Also did they test each item seperate? A lot of times you can be allergic to something when it's mixed with some thing else and not allergic to it by itself. My daughter was allergic to anything with #10 yellow dye for quite a few years but out grew it.
I would go to a specialist and have them print me out a diet for her to follow.
Her doctor should have given you some type of diet for her. I would just take a day and go into the store and just start reading ingredients on everything to see what she could eat. Also there is a web site for children with food allergies but I no longer remember the name of it. But then again her doctor should have given you that information also.
