N.P.
Not that I've ever heard. Flat head usually occurs if a baby is left for hours and hours lying on one part of their head without being picked up. Babies that get picked up and cuddled regularly don't usually suffer from flat spots.
I have a 1 month baby and i was wanted to know if she can get a flat head if im holding her in my arms?

A baby can get a flat spot from any position that they are too frequently in, regardless of where it is.
Be sure to rotate between both of your arms and when your baby is laying down. This will help prevent a flat spot. If you notice one then talk to your doctor.
My daughter had gotten a really bad flat spot, it happened within a weeks’ time (the skull is very soft). Her neck muscles were so tight and the ped suggested physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments. Both worked great and within two weeks she was back to normal. She was about 4 or 5 months old.
My middle child developed a flat head because he was a decent sleeper. He had/has a fairly big head (to hold all his brains), and I think the weight contributed to it. I gave home plenty of cuddles and demand fed him, and I certainly never left him for hours and hours.
I discussed it at length with our paediatrician who said it was now such a common phenomenon due to babies being placed on their backs to sleep for safety reasons, that in some medical circles they referred to it as 'modern head'.
That being said, no, she won't get a flat head whilst in your arms.
Usually it's from being left in a seat too much.
Just make sure you do rotate how you hold her, their lil' noggins are soft, we do hafta watch how the shape is coming along.
Im sure you know some adults or see toddlers at times that have a little lopsidedness in their head shape.
As long as you are aware, you will be fine.
