You will want your knees to be at a 90 degree angle when you sit on it. Can you try it out?
I am in the market for a new fitness ball. I found a great deal on a pilates kit but the included ball is 65cm (former one was 55cm). I am just under 5'3. For those shorties like me will a 65cm ball be too big? Thanks!

i'm the same height as you and i use a 65cm ball. i haven't had any problems with mine!
We have one.
I am short.
It is fine.
I'm not sure what size mine is, but I LOVE it!
See if there's a way you can try some out to find out which one you like the best.
Hi Yarrmatey
Great on the deal- bummer on he size of the ball and Unfortunately yes- maybe you can enroll another friend to exercise with you.
Have a superb weekend.

You can buy a ball pretty cheap at Academy or Sports Authority ($10). And to be honest, the DVDs in those kits sometimes are pretty cheesy and really for beginners only.
If you've already had a ball, I am assuming that you are more advanced. I recommend buying your own ball (either 55 or 65, not really that big of a difference) and then purchasing a workout DVD (they are usually more challenging) for again another 10 bux and you'll have your own kit.
