There is one product that levels out the blood glucose levels and stem the carb craving. It is Shaklee's Soy Protein. You can use that while pregnant and then CINCH after you are pregnant or after you finish nursing.
Cinch and soy protein again help level out the blood sugar and stop the craving for carbs. Also, I myself would add the Vita-Lea and OmegaGuard (fish oil) which helps the baby grow.
