H.W.
NB, I understand your anxiety about miscarriage. I've had a few and frankly, by the time we got pregnant with our son, I had given up hope of having kids.
What I can share with you was my attitude when I found out I was pregnant with my son. I decided to take a chance and just relax and enjoy being pregnant, for however long that meant. Knowing that some things are beyond one's control is hard to grasp. That said, you should know that statistically, something like 80% of women with this went on to give birth to a healthy baby within 5 years. (http://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy/blighted-ovum) I don't recommend Dr Google, necessarily, but I think these are good numbers. Try to enjoy this pregnancy. The only way to know if the pregnancy ends up being a healthy, progressing one is just time and checking in at the appropriate doctor's visits.Best wishes.
