Does any other mom on this site have epilepsy? I do and I have concerns about my next pregnancy.

My Husband's mom had epilepsy and was told back in her day, she started having babies in the 50's, that with her condition, she shouldnt have any babies. Well, needless to say, she had 7 babies, though only 6 lived, as she had one that was considered a stillborn but she was only about 5 or 6 months along and he passed away to other reason then her epilepsy, I dont remember off hand what I was told. Although she is no longer living, for reasons other then pregnancy, she had very little problems with pregnancies, and birth. I heard that the first birth lasted 3 days, but then please remember it was a different time and they had different meds then too. I believe she had her first baby in 1954 or 55. Anyways, as long as your doctor is great, you should have very little worries about it, well you will have some worries, but then all moms-to-be do. Good Luck!

I actually work a job at home that is real. Right now I am working it part time but will be doing it full time once I have my baby. I work when I want and around MY schedule. The money is great.
