It is either:
1) your letdown... it being too strong or not happening
2) he is sick... still, takes time to get better
3) teething
4) Oral Thrush
5) you do not have milk....

Or it can be all these things at one time.

Feed him... upright, not while lying down... that exacerbates ear infections....

Contact your Pediatrician... because if he is not feeding... he can get Dehydrated. And that is not good, in a baby. It can happen.. fast.
Make sure he has enough wet diapers...

all the best,
Susan

Your poor baby.
Yes....ear infections can affect sucking.
They don't call it Ears, Nose, and Throat for nothing.
Sometimes swallowing can relieve ear pressure, but it can also really hurt.
Be sure you are following up with his doctor and keep trying to feed him.
Are you nursing? Have you tried pumping and then placing your finger over the end of a straw to get some milk into it and putting that in his mouth so he doesn't necessarily have to suck? You might try using a syringe like you use for giving liquid medicine to see if you can get something in him that way.

He might just be really cranky and fussy until his infection clears up a little.
Keep the pediatrician informed of how he's doing.

Best wishes.

That could diffently be the case. If he's always pulling at his ear and crying alot and may look a little red inside the ear then Yes. I would put a warm cloth against his ear and have him rest his head on it. It should help and give him a little bit of tynelo for babies. It should drain whatever is in his ear. Give him warm things to eat or drink not to hot just to help him out. Please let me no if this helpd out i tryd it for my son when he was little and it work. And i will pray 4 your son

the sucking motion causes pain in the ear. i know this from experiance. i have had a life time of ear problems. two of my boys have too and when they had an ear infection their eating slowed down a lot. just keep offering him his bottle and let him drink when he can. for a few days he won't starve. good luck.
