does anyone have a recommendation for a good lightweight umbrella
style double stroller? we are flying to miami in october and there is
a small chance my husband wont be able to go and i will be solo with
both girls...i have flown with them alone before, and learned that it
would be nice not to rely on keeping the baby in the ergo and 2 year old in
the stroller. have a double bob but that's way too big to bring on the plane. if you know of one that reclines, even better. i don't
mind buying new or used.
thanks so much!

We have a Jeep double umbrella stroller, I think it was about $80 at Babies R Us. It's pretty lightweight and has stood up pretty well for our twins.

I have the double side by side made by Chicco and I really really like it. Maclaren makes a similar one too, and Maclaren is always a good choice if you want to spend that much moula.

Unless you get a cheap side by side, it maybe easier to get a Sit N Stand. They typically run around $120-$150 in the store, but I always see them on craigslist cheap. Also, you don't have to worry about the side by side and getting around tight places. If it's just for this one trip though, I would look at a cheaper one and not worry so much about the recline.
