Can anyone recommend a good double stroller? I've heard the side by side one's aren't the best b/c they don't fit well through doorways and that sort of thing. Any ideas? I don't want to spend too much on it though. Anyone know anything about the bobgear jogging strollers?

What can I do next?

The graco duro glider is definatley the best. (and trust me I have tried them all!!!) I have 2 little ones, that are a yr and 8 days apart so a double stroller is an important part of our everyday life. the duroglider costs about $120, but it is well worth it. It is light, easy to manage, (you can do it with one hand) and there is plenty of room for the little ones!!

Good luck and I hope that helped ya!!

iHAVE A 15 MO OLD AND A 2 MO OLD AND WE HAVE A JEEP WRANGLER ALL WEATHER LIGHT WEIGHT DOUBLE STROLLER. I LIKE IT A LOT. I WALK 3-4 TIMES A WEEK AND IT WORKS GREAT. AND IT GOES THROUGH ALL THE DOORS I HAVE TRIED TO GO THROUGH WITH NO PROB. WHEN MY OLDEST 2 WERE LITTLE, I USED A GRACO SIDE BY SIDE AND LOVED IT AS WELL. I WOULD SUGGEST YOU GO TO AMAZON AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS ON ANY YOU ARE CONSIDERING. I WENT TO TOYS R US AND LOOKED AT A FEW THERE AS WELL AND BOUGHT THE JEEP ONE THERE. GOOD LUCK.

i've had the graco duoglide (i think that's what it's called!) for 2 1/2 years now, since my 2nd daughter was born. it's extremely durable, the lightest model i could find, folds very flat (and easily!), has a large storage area underneath, and is very maneuverable (even now, my oldest is 4 1/2 and weighs about 45lbs and my youngest is 2 1/2 and weighs about 25lbs...i can still push it fairly easily!) the best part is it only cost me about $175 at toys 'r' us! what i did though was go to several stores like toys 'r' us and actually push the strollers around a little, have my daughter (then 2) climb in and out, see how easy they were to fold and unfold and how heavy they were. i tested out probably at least 20 strollers before i decided on the graco LOL

I also had a graco duoglider with my first two who were 24 months apart. For me it was perfect. I used it for walking to the park or around the block as well as used it in the mall and trips to the zoo or Sea World. I always found it to be easy to maneuver and light.

I will say, if you intend to use it for exercise (daily walking or running) you might want to consider a side by side jogging stroller instead. They seem to work better for that purpose.

Good Luck,
K.

The Baby Trend Sit and Stand stroller is great because it can be a sit and stand with a jump seat in the back for when your oldest gets a little older, but it also has a second regular seat you can put in it until he is old enough to ride in the jump seat. You can also put an infant carrier in the front until the baby is old enough to ride in the seat without it. I've been very happy with mine. I got it at Right Start for about $175. The only down side is that it is pretty heavy (compared to a single stroller), but I'm sure all of the doubles are. Good luck and congrats!
