you can get car shaped cookie cutter and make car shaped sandwiches, car shaped jello, car shaped cookies. kids luv goodie bags, no matter what you can't go wrong - toys n candy, have fun!

love the car shaped washclothes that grow in the water. i would stay away from a bag full of junk to go in the landfill. stuff they will actually use is best. sidewalk chalk is always a big winner you can get a box of 20 pcs at the dollar tree and split it up in the goodie bags. I always just make a big cookie and attach a thanks for coming note. (this does not replace a thank you which goes out the next week)

food stuff. you don't say how old your child is. but for cars i will assume somewhere in the toddler or preschool age group. so would suggest some chicken nuggets or tenders, cut up fruit and veggies (fruit kabobs are great) gold fish, chips etc. and cupcakes instead of a cake as it is much easier for them to eat.

Dollar Tree has some really cute Cars themed toys. Like bouncy balls, crayons, chackboards, washcloths that grow in water, little sand buckets, sand molds, and some other toys. I love to use them for goodie bags for kids birthdays.
