Doesn't ANYONE out there know of a sweet stay at home mom who loves babies and could use an extra $400-$500 per month? I can't afford much and I'm really starting to stress. My (older) son will be moving and won't be able to care for my 5-(almost 6-) month old anymore and I have NO day care set up and can't afford the OUTRAGEOUS prices day care is costing these days... Please let me know if you know anyone -- and YES, I have looked at Sacramentokids.com, daycare.com and childaction.com. Please save my life here -- I know you can do it! LOL... thanks all, J.

I live and work in the Natomas area, so I really need day care in this area... thanks

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Crazy stuff! Maybe it wasn't meant for me to be away from my precious angel. I was laid off from my job after 18 years in July, so as it turns out I'll be opening a day care of my own. Wish me luck!!

Call Vivian Elkins ###-###-####. Her address is 941 Hawk Ave. She's been doing daycare for a bazillion years. She took care of three of my girls from birth to 'what is that thing that used to be my cute little girl'. :o) She's not in Natomas. She's off of West El Camino (West El Camino to Thelma and a left on Hawk). She owns two homes side by side and you wouldn't believe the back yard (huge)...its like a park. She does extended child care too. I don't know her rate but I know she's not unreasonable. Give her a call. If she's not there then ask for her daughter Melissa. Good luck.

Try calling ###-###-#### I hear Michelle has an opening in her family in-home care and is great with babies! That is who I would try, if you don't mind driving to Rancho Cordova. Be frank about your needs, as she is often more willing to help when others won't. good luck

Hi J.!
My name is H.. I saw your post on Mamasource. I am a small licensed in home daycare provider. I actually have openings, however, I live in the Antelope area. Are you needing only infant care right now, only in the Natomas area? I currently have toddler openings (over age 2) and will have an opening for an infant in about a month or so (end of March). My rates are really reasonable.. So, if you are still looking, please contact me.
My phone # is ###-###-####, and email is ____@____.com
Look forward to hearing from you.
