Hi there!

This isn't a question, rather than sharing some info. After many years of fighting adult Acne and trying every product out there, including Retin-A, I have finally found something that works and it's CHEAP! I use Hydrogen Peroxide to clean my face (or the affected area) twice a day, morning and night. It's 88 cents and will probably last 6 months. After investing so much money, I'm ecstatic to have found a solution and to have it so cheap. So, I thought I would pass it on to all of you! :)

Good luck!
N.

Please be careful, it does work. But it can also leave your face scared and with a very odd shine. I did this and now these are the results. Another product that works well is Milk of Magnesium. Just wipe on with a cotton ball let dry and then rinse with cool water. My Daughter is a Nurse and she is constantly warning me Hydrogen Peroxide causes scarring.

There is a natural product that has had great results on cystic acne. It is rather expensive but it also has other health benefits. Its called fermented cod liver oil. It comes in either a liquid or capsules. Have heard wonderful things about this product. HTH

Thanks! I will try it! I also found that at the beach, putting sand on the blemishes helps dry them up and heal them faster.
