Get a picture frame that has spots for three separate pictures. Put a photo of your two kids in two of the spots and the ultrasound for your new baby in the other spot if you have one. If not, make a sign to put in its place, something like "Photo provided in May 2018 (or whenever the due date is)." Wrap it up like a Christmas present.

we announced with a picture of the ultrasound framed and a coming soon tag on the frame.
i love the pictures of the family in shoes with a pair of baby shoes empty with a comming xxx month sign on the baby shoes.
friend of mine announced to her family (hubby included) by giving the dad to be a onesie as a christmas gift.

I like the idea of kids telling with teeshirts - because I've known families that have done this, and the children enjoy getting involved. It's cute, makes for a great photo op and they can wear the t-shirts every time you want to announce the news. Get the teeshirts big and they can wear them when the baby arrives too. Cute.

Congratulations :)

Go to youtube and search for things like "telling your parents you are pregnant" or "pregnancy announcement" - sometimes watching videos that others have put up help you envision your in-laws' reaction even better than reading written stories. A lot depends on people's personalities, what else you'll be doing that evening, and the physical layout of the house where you'll be. You'll see everything from warming up a bun in the oven and asking the in-laws to open the oven to giving them a Christmas stocking with a tiny stocking with no name (or a question mark) as the first item they remove. And a zillion more.
