Try "In the Company of Kids Creative Art Center" in Burnsville. They do birthday parties in addition to dance,singing and acting lessons. Ask for Bonnie(she's great with toddlers and preschoolers!). Her number is ###-###-####. You won't be disappointed.

Try www.zenondance.org My four year old LOVES her creative movment class and the teacher is wonderful. Often, dance teachers "moonlight," so give the school a call and I'm sure they could help you out.
