I am looking for on-line resources to get coupons for grocery shopping. I generally shop at Fry's or Safeway. I have a 16th month old son that eats real food and loves his soy milk.

these days everyone is looking to save money, so this is a great topic! I just clipped an short article from a magazine that listed the following sites as their favorites. Since none have been mentioned here already, I thought I'd post.

www.alexscoupons.com
couponcabin.com
keycode.com

Another way to save money online is to use retailmenot.com They have coupon codes for sites you may be shopping on that can get you an additional discount. I've used this one many times with good success.

I use Couponmom.com. Same as some of the others named. It lists the sale items and matches them up to the coupons found in the Sunday papers. Very little time involved in using the system, and you can achieve some really significant savings. Good luck. I'm an "antique" mom, too. My first was born when I was 45, and my twins at 48. I'm tired, but loving it!!

Hi- I don't shop much at Safeway, but if you sign up for a Fry's card, you can save substantially. I usually save between 20 and 30 dollars per weekly trip, so it's worth it. Look for the in-store sales. Hope it helps -

There is a lady I know that owns a business and part of her business is to keeps track of all the discounts at different stores. I believe she has on her website linking to another website that has the type of coupons you are looking for. Sign up for her mailing list. It is very beneficial and has helped me save A LOT. Her website is: http://www.yoursensiblespending.com

Here are some other tips that might be helpful for you to save money as well:

Free Samples.   At www.walmart.com you can request free samples. Look for the In Stores now tab.

E-Coupons.  Many of us use shopper discount cards. At the website www.shortcuts.com you can register a number of shopper cards at one time. You can choose a number of items that you shop for and purchase frequently. An e-coupon is created. The discount is deducted automatically when you purchase that products  you have registered.  No coupons to remember.

I hope that information is helpful for you.

i do all the work myself, and after awhile you get a feeling for what's a good deal and what things you'll get coupons for. i use coupons.com and smartsource.com also, you can sign up at eatbetteramerica.com for monthly coupons, as well as betty crocker's website. here's a great resource: http://printable-coupons.blogspot.com/2005/10/grocery-cou.... there is also a site for the boxtops for education where you'll get an email with coupons. proctor and gamble also has an email, but theirs you "load" onto your frys card and it automatically works when you buy the item. i've found that it doesn't always give you the discount.
a little piece of unsolicited advice...i strongly suggest you stop giving your boy soy milk. it raises estrogen levels and can be dangerous for little boys in excess. i have a boy who's allergic to dairy, so i understand the need for a milk alternative, but i suggest you try hemp milk (expensive) or nut milks and a calcium supplement or make sure he's getting his nutrition through other foods.
have fun couponing!

Check out Coupons.com - it's reliable and a lot of people I know directly go there a lot.

Also, check out http://mommysavers.com/ (desertmom sent you-I don't get rewarded for referrals or anything). It's an entire site on saving money and living frugally and well. Once you have 50 posts, you can actually join a coupon train. They also have a forum devoted to coupons and often you get a heads up on certain coupons coming out in Sunday's paper. Some trade in coupons, too there. I hang out there a lot (too much) and have been there...what....4 years?

I also go to Safeway.com and Target.com. You can pull the ads there, make a list, and print coupons directly from the sites Quite useful. For me, the challenge is remembering that I have them!

Have you heard of www.thegrocerygame.com? I haven't tried it but a good friend loves it. Basically, I think it helps you figure out which stores have the best deals and where to get the best coupons and how to combine them to save LOTS of money grocery shopping. My friend uses it in Ohio. I'm not sure if it's applicable everywhere, but it does cost a small fee each month, but if you use it like my friend did, you make the money back in no time.

Hope it works for you!

I do all of my coupon shopping through coupon sense. It is an on-line service that takes all the sales for each week and matches it to all the past and present coupons from the Sunday paper. The cost is $15 dollars a month. You can trial it for the first month for $4. If you want to do it yourself, the there are sites such as boxtopsforeducation.com, boodle.com, bettycrocker.com and smartsource.com. Just remember that the coupons for these sites are usually for items that will be going on sell in the next month or so. So print the ones you will use and hang on to them. The same goes for the coupons in Sunday's paper. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the questions, I didn't know about all these online resources. I do know a
dear friend of my named Angela is into coupon sense and is saving a lot of money.
She is so excited about the program. You need to buy the paper but the program
gives you all the information what is on sale where and what coupons are coming out.
She has received lots of free items from using this program. If you would like more information on this program you can email her with any questions
her email address is:

an ____@____.com this helps and have a good day.

She will be happy to help anyone, explain the program, etc. who wants more information.

Take care,
K.
