Not the funnest of subjects but I am giving a lot of thought to trying one. I have had colonics in the past and I would do it now but I am not going to drag my kids along for the event! I know someone posted not long ago about the same thing but I could not find it.

Eat a healthy diet with lots of fiber, fruits and vegetables and you will have no need for such unpleasantness! Every system in your body will work better when you feed it the right fuel. I found an easy way to accomplish this. Email me if you would like more info.
