I have knobs on my tv stand, too, that were a concern to me. I didn't get around to covering them and honestly, they haven't been a problem. One thing I did think about doing was putting tape around the edges, so you might want to try that.
Hi All -
I am looking for a product or creative way to childproof knobs on living room furniture. It is our TV Stand - it has two drawers with knobs on it. We are using the bumpers that you tape on for the edges but are looking for something to protect our daughter from the knobs on the drawers.
Any suggestions

Is it possible to just take those knobs off for a few months? Replace them with small flatter knobs that arent a danger if your child falls on them.
It'll look a little goofy - but this may be a good use for your old big ruffly scrunchies from the '80's - twist them around the knobs for padding and when you take them off they won't hurt the finish like something sticky would. If you're too chic to still own scrunchies you can still get them at a drug store - or I have a friend with a HUGE collection - I don't have the heart to say anything to her. ;)
Unless they are sharp or protrude rally far, chances are she won't hurt herself on them, and if she does, it'll be a bruise that heals quicly.
I can see why you would want to be sure she cannot open the drawers, get into them, disrupt the balance of the TV stand and tip the TV onto herself, etc., and that can be accomplished by installing devices inside the drawers. Are the knobs sharp? If so, you could just replace them with round ones temporarily. I'm going to preface what I'm about to say with the admission that I can be quite overprotective and have to fight against this. Okay. Your daughter will bump into things and will be okay. Yes, I had a bumper around our coffee table to protect from sharp edges/corners, etc. I am definitely for childproofing. However, kids need to bump into things and get some boo boos in order to learn how to be careful, that they will be okay, etc. Again, I am not suggesting you leave your knife drawer unsecured or cleaning products hanging around, but round knobs should not be a concern. She's not all that likely to bump into them, and if she does she should be fine. If there's something wonky about the knobs that makes them particularly dangerous, then just ignore my advice!
