Catholic Middle School After an Episcopal Elementary School

I will check with my co-workers about middle school suggestions. I live in SM as well. I have a 27 month old daughter. What I can tell you is that LaSalle is a great high school - I work at Cathedral, the brother school downtown. Even though LaSalle is not cheap, it is intended to serve and education the mass population, so if you decide to apply there in a few years, it is nice to know that they should have good financial aid packages. As far as the middle school, I will let you know ... is there no way to transfer into SM elementary?

D., I can highly recommend St.Andrews. My daughter has been there since Kindergarten. Teachers are wonderful and so is the principal. If you haven't already found a school I recommend you take a tour. Here is the # ###-###-####, www.standrewpasadena.org

Our grandson attends St. Andrews School and we couldn't be happier. He has made good friends, and will be attending a good high school in the fall. The student body is diverse and the parents are involved. The neighborhood offers many opportunities and the students use the public library and walk to the park and theaters. They attend the services at the different churches, and learn by doing. The kids are encouraged to use to Gold Line for field trips and they just love it. It has been a god choice for us. Good luck.
