Possible you had a misscarriage earlier, and not back on track yet. thats a large clot to pass to just be a period.....
its been two months since the last time i had sex with a condom. around that time i had been spotting and about 2 or 3 weeks after i started bleeding very heavy with large blood clots the size of my palm(the bleeding lasted a little more than a week). i went to get a blood test to make sure nothing was wrong, the doc ran a pregnancy test and hcg level was at 10 so i had to retest. A week later i did the retest and hcg level went down to 2. Its been a bit more than a month since this episode and still no period, i just have cramps at times and my face is starting to break out. im so paranoid that i might be pregnant if i ever was and that the blood test was wrong. can these cramps be a sign of pregnancy and if i was ever pregnant, is it possible for me to still be after that?

I don't know if what I have to tell you will help but I hope it does. I spotted for the first couple months of my pregnancy. My Sister In Law had her period the frist four months of hers. She didn't even know she was pregnant until she was five months along. Another Sister In Law spotted during her entire pregnancy and had cramps. A good friend of mine didn't have her period for a couple of months and had the pregnancy test done and they told her she wasn't pregnant but yet she was. I would go and have a pregnancy test done to be sure and then go from there.
Yes, it is possible. As I mentioned yesterday or the day before, please test again. It is possible to have a false negative, but not a false positive. If you get another negative test, then go have blood work done.
If you were pregnant from the sex 2 months ago a standard dollar store pregnancy test could tell you if you are pregnant. If it says no then you are most likely not pregnant. You could just be having an anovulatory cycle.
