You should check out Dave Ramsey's list of what to look for in a realtor before choosing someone and also he has a list of ELP's (experienced local providers) for every area that you can from. Karen Wethington with Keller Williams in Burleson. Even though she is in Burleson she works in Ft Worth. She worked with us for months because we knew what school we wanted to be in and were particular in our choices because it is our 6th house and we knew what we did and did not want. She was very good and we continue to keep in touch with her. When we get ready to sell I will definately use her.
