My 14 & 11 y.o. dd's are really into cake decorating. Then want to learn to use fondant, etc. Are there any classes they can take at their age, that aren't going to be too simplistic? We live in the Plano/Allen area (Custer & Legacy).

Look at what central market and whole foods offer. They usually have great classes.
Michael's also offers classes.

Market Street in Allen is GREAT. I don't know about classes
I will say...IF you find a place that needs students to occupy the class...check with us....we might be able to participate to fill the class.
