I have been an RN for 40 years, so I am biased......I only know about the "bad". I would say, only if you are totally healthy, no immune system disorders, or chronic infections and no exposure to MRSA, no fibromyalgia, no cancer, no lyme disease, no lupus.
I have cared for the one's with complications, leakage of the implant, non healing, and infections, some have had to have them removed and replaced more than once. There are worse things than being flat chested and don't do it for a man.
For the good one's, and I know there are great success stories, and women who love them, congratulations! Unfortunately surgery doesn't come with guarantee's.
