Does there exist a game that my 3 year old could play that my older two (8 and 9) wouldn't mind playing too? I know the oldest will be bored, but they do enjoy time with the youngest and they don't mind entertaining him, so I think this could work if I could find something even slightly entertaining for the oldest two.

My kids 7 and 3 were playing Connect 4 Launch the other day and had a blast together. The also played Twister and were hilarious. For the latter, you'll have to assist on the left and right but it's a blast.
Sequence for Kids is great for this age range. My youngest usually won when playing this.
Zingo is another great one that pre-readers and older kids can play together.
Operation - I think 3 year olds can play that.
Memory - I know my kids love to play that STILL and they are 11 and 13 - they love to test their memory!!
Connect 4 - it's not a board game - but still - 2 kids can play!
Clue Junior - or even Clue Jr - one of their "cases"
Scrabble Junior - there are pictures for young kids.
Trouble - oh my word!! LOVED this game...
Candyland and Snakes and Ladders can be fun for everyone.
My 17 yo is special needs, mentally 3-5 and can't read. She plays Apples to Apples with my 14 and 11 yo. It's basically just picking a card and she actually "wins" on occasion, and everyone has fun with it. Good luck!
"Sorry" seems to work for my 3 year old and 6 year old (and me, I need to guide the 3 y/o). If it doesn't go super long, the 3 year old can play. And even I enjoy a game of Sorry as an adult, so I think it's good for older kids.
Spot It! is fun. We also like Memory, Yahtzee Jr. (with pictures on the dice) and Skippity and Zimbbos. Uno could work too, if your three year old is able to match color or number.
There is a game called enchanted forest. The three year old won't really get it, but the older kids will love it, and the three year old can participate as best he/she can.
Hubby and I love to play this game with our kids. It's a great family game.

Hi-Ho Cherry-O are the games that come to mind.
The Eric Carle "Brown Bear" game. It is more on the 3yr old level, but my daughter (2yrs older than my son) and I didn't mind playing it with my son. What about "Old Maid" or "Go Fish" those can go for any age. Sorry is another good one and Trouble too. What about "Charades" it's not a board game but still one they could do together.

Stupid game but helps with counting doogy doo game if you have boys they will find it funny. Its a plastic dog that has a too that you ball up. And put in the mouth with a plug to create s seal then you pump the leash how ever many times the dice says and whoever gets 3 poos in the shovel wins it makes digestion sounds as the goo goes down the dog
Hi-Ho Cherry-O I used to play with my little cousins and never minded it. Chutes & Ladders? I bet a 3-year-old could do Twister.
Feed the Kitty or Hisss (they are both Gamewright brand games) - we have these and play them regularly. Our youngest is 4, but we've been playing these for over a year. They have an excellent selection of creative, interesting games for all levels. I have found them online and at small, locally owned toy stores.
What about Uno?
I think card games might be easier than board games to get everyone involved. Sorry was also a good suggestion. My kids (4&6) play Operation with their cousins and they like it but I'm sure they don't do very well! My kids were also eyeing the game Perfection in the store the other day. We don't have it but I would imagine that would be a fun game for all involved.
My 13 y/o plays a game called Hedbanz with our 8 y/o and I think that a 3 y/o would be able to do it. My husband and I like it too.

I just got a new game for my kids (10 and 5) call boom boom balloon. It stresses me out, but its a lot of fun, you have to poke sticks into a ballloon to pop it
Operation & Perfection both jumped to my mind. My siblings & I even loved those when we were older & I'm sure my two small kids would like them. I might just have to go buy those myself.
I prefer card games but my favorite board type game of all is called "Pit". I think you need at least 4 people to play though. There is no taking turns which is why I don't like board games, I am too impatient. In Pit, everyone is trying to make trades at the same time so you are always actively playing. Lots of fun!
The brand "Think Fun" makes great games.
Look it up.
Places like Barnes & Noble and Amazon etc., sells them too.
They have games that one can play on their own or more.
My kids, since Toddlers, loves their games.
It is creative and thinking type games.
Fun.
My son at 2-3 years old liked the "Rush Hour" game by Think Fun.
Both my kids like that game.
And their games are also for adults.
Basically, for all ages.
