Looking for a preschool in the Crystal Lake area (am not opposed to Cary or McHenry). Is there any that you highly recommend? Ones to avoid?
My daughter attended Learning Tree Preschool in Crystal Lake and really enjoyed it.
I highly recommend the Cary Park District preschool. My daughter went there and my son is signed up for the fall. The teachers are superb- fun, smart, communicative and they really care about each child. They do an alphabet letter each week and the activities for that week are themed for each letter (say A for apple). They do monthly things like have each child drawing themselves and at the end of the year they put them together in a book so you can see how the child grows over the year. I could go on and on. I highly recommend!

Just go online.I looked up Best Preschool in Crystal Lake.Here are a list of schools.
I can't answer that because I am in NY. Just remember, the best might not be a good school for your child. Look at several not just the best. Sometimes the one you would think was not good turns out to be the best for your child. Good luck.
