Be careful with underwire bras while nursing, they can lead to clogged ducts and mastitis. I am also small chested and I went for comfort while nursing (I nursed my son for a year). I loved Target's nursing tanks. Not a lot of "boost" though.
I am looking for a nursing bra that I can use with my Medela Freestyle Pump, but also one that actually looks good under clothing for a small chested woman. I ordered a size small nursing bra from Motherhood Maternity and while it is comfy, it looks frumpy and gives no lift under clothing. I am small chested (barely a 34B cup) and need all the support I can get! I am used to wearing my super lift victoria's secret bras! There has to be a nursing bra out there that is similar!
Thanks moms.....

I just wore what was comfortable for me. I wore a sports bra when I was nursing, it was easier to just pull it up than fittle with the snap. I am also small chested. With all the problems that come with hurting boobs from being full etc, the least of my worries was looking good in my bra. Go with comfort!
My hospital had lactation ward that gave advice and set up appointments to fit you for a bra. They sold Bravado brand nursing bras. They are pricey but work. Hope this helps! Good luck.
i only wear underwire because i like the lift, and had a hard time finding underwire nursing bras. i loved the one from mimi maternity, also playtex nursing bras were seriously frumpy looking but had good lift without an underwire. and since you have to be careful of clogged ducts, i used to switch off with underwire and my playtex. the ones from mimi looked cute enough though, and also comes in black.
