Has anyone used a belly wrap to get your tummy back into shape? I'm almost back to my pre-pregnancy weight but my tummy still has all this loose skin. Any suggestions?

I am currently using an abdominal binder I picked up at the hospital and I believe it has helped to flatten my tummy. I got it because I was told it would help the abdominal muscles that were stretched during my pregnancy to 'come back together'. I am more than likely not explaining it correctly... In terms of making it firm however, my understanding is that only exercise will do that.

As far as I can see- and I've had 4 kids (my oldest is 8)- the soft belly doesn't ever seem to go away. I have heard that sit ups or crunches- if you keep them up- will help firm you up, but I haven't stuck to it long enough to know! lucky for me, I was also back to my prebaby wait within 2 weeks of each birth. I'll keep checking to see if anyone else has tried that tummy wrap thing- I haven't either!

i don't have any advice, I just wanted to read what others recommend so I can see if a belly wrap is a good idea.
